Seth Rollins vs. AJ Styles looks set to headline WWE's upcoming Night Of Champions pay-per-view in Saudi Arabia on 27 May.

Triple H's creative team booked AJ to win a hot three-way match vs. Edge and Rey Mysterio on SmackDown. Then, Styles went on to topple Bobby Lashley (who had beaten Austin Theory and Sheamus in another Triple Threat) in the main event of Friday's show.

It's official: Seth vs. AJ, and the winner will become WWE's new World Heavyweight Champion.

Some fans were slightly disappointed that Edge didn't book his spot opposite Rollins at NOC, but WWE may feel they still have his title tilt in their back pockets for later in the year. The legend did cut a brief promo on socials explaining that he's desperate to end his career by winning the belt.

Perhaps that moment is coming, but not in Saudi Arabia later this month.

The smart money would have to go on Seth. He's the Raw star here, and the new World Championship will be exclusive to the flagship long-term. WWE would only be giving themselves yet another headache by putting it on SmackDown's Styles.
