WWE Crown Jewel 2021: 10 Nightmares That Could Come True

8. That New ‘King’ Goes Goofy

Again, this article falls before Raw.

Keep that in mind when scouring this particular nightmare - Jinder Mahal could (and should) be eliminated by Xavier Woods on Monday night. Even so, who'd really put it past Vinnie Mac not to book some screwy shenanigans, reinstate Jinder in time for Crown Jewel and turn the final with Finn Bálor into a Triple Threat?

Then, who'd be totally shocked if Mahal ended up winning the whole thing to become 'King' Jinder. There must be a reason why this fan shivered with fear when Mahal sat on that throne last week. WWE might've gawped at that and thought he'd be the right man to play the typically goofy royal gimmick.

Oh yes, that royal gimmick. It may well be around forever. 'King' Corbin ran its course, 'King' Nakamura never really got started and now 'King' Jinder could be set to rule over the promotional landscape like some annoying turd that just won't flush.
