WWE Divas Tag Match Added To WrestleMania 31

In a move that has been rumored for weeks, Divas Champion Nikki Bella will team up with sister Brie against the duo of AJ Lee and Paige at WrestleMania 31. The match was announced official on WWE.com on Monday. The tag match should be pretty solid because all of them have worked together a lot and have built up a good chemistry. Fans want to see titles on the line at WrestleMania, though, so that part of it is a bit disappointing. Perhaps they could add a stipulation where whoever gets the pinfall or submission leaves with the Divas Title. Most likely it will just be a regular tag match. During this past Sunday's Total Divas Finale (the how show returns in July), it ended with speculation that the Bellas are not going to stay in WWE for much longer because they want to move on with their lives. Brie wants to start a family with husband Daniel Bryan while Nikki wants to pursue other entertainment opportunities outside of WWE. That show was taped in November or December, so for all we know they have signed a new deal or simply signed on for one more year or three. Of course Total Divas is a scripted "reality" show so it could all be some work anyway. It will be interesting to see if the recent #GiveDivasAChance movement by the WWE Universe will lead to the ladies getting more time in the ring. A typical WWE divas PPV match gets around seven minutes, so even if they are given around ten minutes that would be a welcome sight. The Brie Bella vs. Paige match from Smackdown got about eight minutes, so maybe WWE is heading in the right direction. The other matches at WrestleMania are as follows: WWE Title: Brock Lesnar vs. Roman Reigns Triple H vs. Sting Bray Wyatt vs. Undertaker. It's not official yet, but very likely. John Cena vs. Rusev. Not official yet and it's possibly for Rusev's US Title. Randy Orton vs. Seth Rollins. They're doing a slow build for it. Ladder Match for the Intercontinental Title with Bad News Barrett, Dolph Ziggler, Dean Ambrose, Daniel Bryan, R-Truth, Luke Harper, Stardust and probably Goldust. Andre the Giant Battle Royal is expected to have about 20 participants. Some of the Tag Tam Titles: Tyson Kidd & Cesaro vs. Jimmy & Jey Uso (Not official yet. Could be a six person tag with Natalya and Naomi involved although a regular tag would be better.) Then there's the diva tag mentioned above. That's likely the full card with nine matches. Something might be moved to the Kickoff Show although there's nothing official yet. We still have three weeks until WrestleMania.
