Again, WWE are guilty of strange booking that makes some of their talent look like idiots. This time, the Ascension were given the opportunity to follow the Atlanta Falcons by messing up a golden gilt-edged chance for victory at the finale.
It's almost like WWE are actively trying to bury them. But in a way that initially frustrates everyone even more by building them up for the win. Sure, American Alpha looked good with the win, but that sort of booking is just derisory.
