Since branching out of the Wyatt Family and turning face in the process, Luke Harper’s been on a roll.

In fact, Harper’s been one of the most underrated workers on the roster for quite some time, but it's only now with this latest angle that he’s being afforded the opportunity to prove that.

Feuding with his former Wyatt Family members, both of whom find themselves in contention for the world title, has in turn allowed Harper to share the centre-stage spotlight. In recent weeks, he’s teamed with WWE Champion John Cena and saved his bacon on a couple of occasions, while his timely interventions have frequently garnered some of the biggest reactions of the night.

Not only has that made the build-up to Elimination Chamber more exciting, it’s also set up an eagerly-anticipated one-on-one showdown with Orton at the PPV. Which, by the way, Harper hyped to perfection with his eerie promo on SmackDown this week.

Thriving in his new slot as an ambiguous kind of face, Harper’s performances have been a major positive heading into this Sunday’s PPV—not that this should come as a great surprise.

Here’s hoping for more of the same as we roll into WrestleMania.
