Kevin Owens is not the stereotypical 'WWE Superstar' most wrestling fans have come to expect over the years. He's not especially tall and doesn't possess the greatest, most muscular physique in the world. What he does have is a brilliant self-confidence and a natural ability to entertain.

That probably explains why Owens was able to create history at Extreme Rules. By being involved in the Fatal-4-Way for the WWE Intercontinental Title, KO became the first man to wrestle on every pay-per-view during his debut year in the promotion. That's special, not even guys like The Undertaker, Bret Hart or Steve Austin can claim that fact.

Kurt Angle is often lauded as the man who had one of the best rookie years in company history between November, 1999-November, 2000. He did win a plethora of titles during that period, but Owens has perhaps topped even that achievement with his consistency.

There's a reason the guy has been featured as heavily as he has, he's bloody wonderful inside the ring and on the microphone. Long may it continue.
