WWE Fans Are NOT Happy With Jey Uso & Charlotte Flair Winning Royal Rumble 2025 (WWE News)
Official WWE YouTube videos of Jey Uso & Charlotte Flair Royal Rumble 2025 wins BOMB.

Jey Uso and Charlotte Flair are not popular Royal Rumble winners amongst WWE's YouTube audience.
Videos uploaded showcasing Uso and Flair's triumphs at Royal Rumble 2025 have posted negative likes/dislikes ratios. At the time of writing, Uso's win ('Jey Uso wins the Men's Royal Rumble Match: Royal Rumble 2025 highlights') was on around 481,000 views in 13 hours, drawing 14,704 likes (38%) and 23,988 dislikes (62%). Flair's victory ('Charlotte Flair wins the Women's Royal Rumble Match: Royal Rumble 2025 highlights'), meanwhile, was on 229,406 views in15 hours, 6,078 likes (21%), and 22,450 dislikes (79%).
Likes and dislikes were first retrieved via Jabrek and then double-checked with Hamphy. Human clicks on a YouTube video's thumbs up and thumbs down buttons are logged, resulting in the figures. The feature allows uploaders to asses their audience's broad opinion, whether positive or negative, on a video, with 90% positive, 10% negative considered a good ratio. Jey Uso and Charlotte Flair's Royal Rumble wins fall way short of this.
Flair was a heavy betting favourite heading into Royal Rumble 2025. Entering at number 27, she eliminated Nia Jax, Michin, Piper Niven, and finally Roxanne Perez to win her second women's Rumble, sending her into a title match at WrestleMania 41. As Flair has often split fan opinion during her WWE career, her drawing a negative response on YouTube isn't massively surprising. Rarely has Flair's sustained long-term push not been divisive.
Uso, by comparison, is enormously popular in the flesh, regularly commanding some of WWE's strongest crowd reactions with his high-energy ring entrance and 'Yeet' catchphrase. His audience connection during those moments is undeniable. Nonetheless, his Rumble win was a colossal surprise. Where the likes of John Cena, CM Punk, Roman Reigns, and Seth Rollins ranked high amongst the betting favourites, Jey's name was nowhere to be found.
It's unlikely that WWE will put too much stock into these negative YouTube metrics, though the reaction mirrors those across social media on Saturday evening and Sunday morning. Nonetheless, seeing how Flair and Uso are received next will be interesting. It's hard to imagine an out-of-the-blue Rumble win doing anything but bolstering Jey's phenomenal in-arena popularity, while Charlotte's reception will likely depend on her face/heel alignment.
