Several of ‘Mania’s breathtaking multi-man ladder wars merit inclusion here—but this towers above most as a result of its superb individual showcases. To underscore this, even the much-maligned Stardust, an act to forget, created a memorable moment with a madcap Jack in the Box backwards springboard dive.
Thoroughly committed, the whole thing just looked searingly painful. Dean Ambrose charged at Luke Harper with a face-scraper of a suicide dive before d*mn near splitting his skull open by taking a psychotic power bomb bump through a ladder.
This was too brutal, if anything—Daniel Bryan in victory accelerated his hiatus with a spate of sick headbutts—these men are surely still carrying the scars, so anything but inclusion borders on the disrespectful.
