Like tough love, we didn’t want this. We needed it.

Reductively, this was just Edge taking the piss out of Cena’s spinner by plastering his merch branding over the WWE logo and changing up the side plates. It worked only as reprieve from Cena’s schtick, although, if we’re being kind, it did unintentionally mirror Edge’s character, one tacky enough to shag his missus live on television.
