Max Moon's outfit was pretty bloody weird to begin with, and is doubly so in this ultra rare variant. Paul Diamond donned the yellow Max Moon cheese as part of NJPW's Summer Struggle series in 1994, a notably cheaper version of WWF's ridiculously expensive yet still ridiculously awful original.
