WWE Hires New Commentator
The WWE commentary crew gets a new addition...
WWE has made an addition to its commentary personnel in the form of Blake Chadwick.
As reported by Fightful Select, Chadwick began work with the market leader earlier this week, and he'll be going by the WWE name of Blake Howard from here on out.
Fightful notes that Blake's first night with the company was this past Tuesday, where he teamed with Byron Saxton as the commentary team for the episode of NXT LVL UP that was taped for tomorrow night's outing for that weekly show.
Prior to joining WWE, Blake Chadwick has been involved in the wrestling business as far back as 2013. The Norfolk, Virginia native has notably called the action for the likes of Ring Warriors, WrestleCade, West Coast Wrestling Connection, and Virginia Championship Wrestling.
As noted by Blake himself during an interview with VoyageMIA last year, his career to date has seen him work in 15 different states doing "play-by-play commentary, ring announcing, interviewing, and hosting" for pro wrestling, combat sports, and high school and professional basketball and football. He also touted his "energy and consistency and overcoming any adversity" as key traits to his broadcasting work.
