WWE Injury Update After SummerSlam 2022

How does WWE's bill of health look after 30 July's SummerSlam 2022?

It looks, for the moment, that WWE has a clean bill of health following SummerSlam 2022.

Dave Meltzer reports as much in the latest Figure Four Online/Wrestling Observer Daily Update noting that, at the time of writing, there had been no indication that anybody was hurt at the 30 July premium live event.

It'll be interesting to see if anything fresh emerges following this first report, particularly regarding Becky Lynch. The former Raw Women's Champion appeared to hurt her shoulder while wrestling Bianca Belair in the opener. Perhaps the most jarring photograph of this is shown above, with Lynch clearly favouring the shoulder later in the bout - even going for a handshake with her left rather than her right after failing to defeat Belair.

Meltzer's update states that The Usos were fine after taking overhead suplexes from Brock Lesnar during the main event. Jimmy and Jey wrestled The Street Profits earlier in the evening, successfully retaining their Undisputed WWE Tag Team Championships with Jeff Jarrett as the special guest referee.

The Usos were then present as cousin Roman Reigns overcame Lesnar, retaining the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship in the process.
