WWE Keen To Keep Cody Rhodes' AEW Aesthetic?

"High profile" names want Vince McMahon to keep Cody's AEW look intact.

WrestleVotes is reporting that "two very high profile people" behind the scenes in WWE are doing their best to convince Vince McMahon that Cody Rhodes should debut with his AEW presentation intact.

These "people" want to ensure that Cody would remain "exactly what he was in AEW" when he arrives on company programming - that'd mean Rhodes would have the same "ring gear, theme music, pyro etc" that he did under Tony Khan's watch.

The tweet WrestleVotes fired out also said, "The visual impact of the 'American Nightmare' crossing the line is significant here". Basically, their sources believe that McMahon should do everything he can to sell the idea that Cody chose WWE over All Elite Wrestling.

Keeping the same look, music and entrance would go some way towards achieving that.

Of course, Vince could also turn back the clock and present Rhodes like he did pre-Stardust. Cody was getting over (mainly for standing up to The Authority) before WWE went wacky with his Goldust knock off gimmick and killed his excitement for company creative.

Do you think WWE should keep Cody's AEW look intact? Or, would you rather see something fresh?
