WWE Legend Batista Teases 'Buddy Comedy' Movie With John Cena

Could WWE heroes Batista and John Cena create Hollywood's next feel good hit?

Batista responded to fan comments on Twitter about a fantasy 'buddy comedy' movie staring both he and John Cena, but the former WWE Champion appeared to get his words mixed up.

When replying to the original tweet, Dave said, "You and you both". Then, he put a laughing emoji in for good measure.

Surely, he meant 'you and me both'. That's just a guess - maybe Batista was trolling Cena for the hell of it and got a kick out of knocking back the fan's dream pitch. Whatever the case, it got people talking in his mentions about what a movie starring both ex-WWE megastars would be like.

Some want a 'buddy cop' flick in the mould of Will Ferrell and Mark Wahlberg in 'The Other Guys'. Others just fancy seeing what kind of chemistry Batista and Cena would have on screen together if they weren't trading moves inside a wrestling ring.

One fan even went far enough to suggest that Hollywood remake 'Three Men & A Baby' with Batista, Cena and The Rock. Now that's an idea. Maybe someone could call up Ted Danson for a cameo.
