Kurt Angle was not happy with Hulk Hogan back in 2002-2003.

The legend couldn't recall a specific date on his podcast, but did remember being furious when the Hulkster showed up late for a house show at Madison Square Garden during his return run with WWE - Hulk rocked up at 7pm for a card that was starting at 7.30pm.

Hogan was part of a six-man tag, and strolled over to ask the gang what they were doing that night. Kurt couldn't resist tearing strips off the returning hero when he started suggesting some spots and changing the match around. That, Angle says, was the final straw.

"You know what you’re doing? You’re doing this and this!".

That's what Kurt told a surprised Hulk. Meanwhile, Hogan just stood there and took it. "I told him what he was doing - I didn’t give him a choice because he wasn’t there all day", Angle added.

Hulk didn't take kindly to Kurt's tone, but the pair put the incident behind them to become good friends. Angle believes the veteran probably thought, "Wow, this kid's an a*shole", but the Olympian wasn't thrilled that Hogan was late.
