There's little doubt that Baron Corbin's feud with Dolph Ziggler went on a little too long. Spanning across three different pay-per-views, the rivalry should have peaked with a No Disqualification Match at Extreme Rules. Instead, the issue dragged on even after a Corbin victory on that particular Kickoff show.

Another Baron vs. Dolph encounter was not especially needed to pad out the Money In The Bank card, but there were some nice moments in the match. Of note, Corbin's confident approach is pleasing, because the big man doesn't seem rattled even when fans chant 'boring' his way during rest holds or slower portions.

For a relative newcomer, that's impressive, but it's his next move that may define Corbin. It's simply imperative that WWE give him something meaningful to do. Apollo Crews also defeated Sheamus on the show, so maybe there's something to work with there.

WWE could cast both men as former NXT veterans looking to prove themselves on the main roster. Such a story would be simple and easy to implement. Whatever happens, it's clear that Baron Corbin needs something to sink his teeth into.
