WWE Money In The Bank 2022: Every Match Ranked From Worst To Best
3. Women's Money In The Bank
Result: Liv Morgan kicked Becky Lynch to the ground and grabbed the briefcase, winning the Money in the Bank contract (16:35).
Result: This was a very fun opener, defined by its fast pace and brutal array of spots that helped it avoid many of the multi-person match pitfalls.
It certainly had its sloppy moments, though, where spots clearly didn't go quite as planned, or mistimed moments where the women were left hanging around on the ladder and, for some reason, not trying to grab the briefcase.
The desperation to win was palpable throughout, with Raquel Rodriguez's physical performance proving particularly impressive.
Liv Morgan was certainly a fitting winner over more established choices, and as we saw later in the night WWE made good on that victory.
While hardly a classic Money in the Bank match, it delivered a lot within a fairly short runtime, got the crowd into an appropriate frenzy, and gave a rising talent a necessary leg-up. It's hard to argue with any of that. 7/10
