WWE's growing British brand took its latest big step forward with the announcement of NXT UK TakeOver: Blackpool this past weekend, as Triple H officially revealed the 12 January event at Saturday night's tapings in Liverpool, England.

Several matches were then announced for the show over the next two nights, leaving the lineup looking like this:-

At least one further bout could conceivably be added to this four-match card ahead of 12 January, but the above is all that was announced in Liverpool over the past few nights.

The Tag Title match concludes a two-round tournament, with GYV overcoming Wolfgang and Mark Coffey at the first stage, earning the right to face Bate and Seven (who defeated Flash Morgan Webster and Mark Andrews). Ripley vs. Storm, meanwhile, is a rematch of the NXT UK Women's Title tournament finals that were taped in August, though the competition is still playing out on weekly TV.
