Overview: CM Punk and Chris Jericho tore the house down with this bout, as they beat each other down with terrific moves. CM Punk showed up, which was surprising, considering the fact that Paul Heyman and CM Punk had no contact before the match (storyline wise). However, Chris Jericho was just about to win the match, but CM Punk laid Jericho out with 2 Go To Sleeps, which resulted in a CM Punk win and he talked to Paul Heyman after the match, and immediately left.Author's Thoughts: This was simply the best male bout of the night, as Jericho and CM Punk shot through the roof with this encounter. This match felt like it was of more importance than the previous two matches, and the Chicago crowd supported the anti-hero. CM Punk definitely played a face here: however, one thing's for sure: there has to be some tension between Punk and Heyman. Great match, and probably the best of the card, however, I preferred the Divas Match more, simply because I was enjoying that match more than I enjoyed this one.Match Rating: 4.5/5
