With WWE's Money in the Bank PPV taking place this Sunday, it sounds like we can expect something big from the first PPV to take place since WWE fully returns to the road.

As per the ever-reliable @WrestleVotes, WWE has "some cool & exciting things" in mind for Money in the Bank.

There's no further information on what these surprises are, of course, but there has been plenty of talk that WWE was looking to return to the road with a bang - and said bang could mean that something big goes down this Sunday.

Recent weeks have thrown up Brock Lesnar, John Cena, Becky Lynch, Bray Wyatt and Daniel Bryan as names who could return to WWE at some point in the next few weeks, and this latest tease will surely have some pondering whether any of those major stars could have a part to play at Money in the Bank.

Likewise, WWE could always pull the trigger with a same night cash-in from whichever talents are successful in their respective Money in the Bank Ladder contests. Heck, who knows, maybe there's even a big title change that sees WWE Champion Bobby Lashley or Universal Champion Roman Reigns drop their prize.

Either way, it sounds like we should expect something memorable from the 2021 Money in the Bank PPV, which emanates from Forth Worth, Texas' Dickies Arena.
