Now that Fastlane has come and gone, the focus can shift entirely toward WrestleMania 33. This was a Raw-exclusive show that had very little buzz outside of the main event, which piqued the curiosity of the fans to see if we'd actually get a match out of Bill Goldberg or be given more of the same rapid-fire physicality he's done since his return.

Outside of the headliner, Roman Reigns taking on Braun Strowman had some interest behind it because Strowman has been in the midst of a monster push while Reigns is the beneficiary of a perpetual and possibly never-ending one, and seeing Samoa Joe take on Sami Zayn - in a match many expected to be a showstealer - with the limitation of being under the WWE umbrella also came with a bit of intrigue.

That was about it, and the last-minute booking of two unannounced bouts shows you how haphazardly the entire thing was thrown together. Despite the terrible booking that left several important stars walking out of Fastlane looking much worse than when they entered, there was still some fun to be found throughout the event.
