WWE Poll: Who Will Leave Battleground As WWE Champion?

A main event that has some unpredictability. Who leaves with the gold?

This Sunday's WWE Battleground pay-per-view will be headlined by Seth Rollins defending the WWE Title against Brock Lesnar. It is Lesnar's first chance to win the WWE Title back after losing it at WrestleMania 31 when Rollins cashed in the Money in the Bank briefcase to escape with the gold. The build for the match has been pretty good with Lesnar injuring both Jamie Noble and Joey Mercury two weeks ago while also "breaking the ankle" of Kane this past week on Raw. That means that Rollins is all alone with no backup, or at least that's what WWE wants fans to think. Today's poll is a look at the three options that are in play in terms of who might leave Battleground as the WWE World Heavyweight Champion. Here are the choices. Seth Rollins - The current WWE Champion's reign will hit 110 days on Sunday. He's done a good job as champion in terms of having good matches, but he hasn't been booked to be a strong champion. Most of his title defenses featured blatant interference although at least he beat Dean Ambrose on his own at June's Money in the Bank PPV. After nearly four months as champion, it's possible that he loses the title although if he does, what's next for him? Brock Lesnar - Since Lesnar is booked like an unbeatable beast, it's hard to fathom how Rollins is going to successfully pin him to retain the title. With that in mind, Lesnar winning back the WWE Title makes a lot of sense. The reason that might not happen is because WWE could be reluctant to put the WWE Title on Lesnar again since he's only a part-timer. They did it last year, but they might not be as interested in doing it again. Sheamus - Don't forget about the current Money in the Bank briefcase holder. If WWE wants to get the title off Rollins and still put it on a heel wrestler, they have Sheamus waiting in the wings ready to cash in at any moment. It could lead to Sheamus feuding with Lesnar while Rollins went on to another feud, perhaps with The Undertaker. A Sheamus cash-in hasn't been hinted at, but it's certainly a possibility. Who do you think will leave Battleground as the WWE Champion? Vote in the poll and comment below!
