People within WWE are pushing hard for the company to sign Rok-C, the former ROH Women's World Champion.

Per Fightful Select, Rok-C was already on the radar prior to the promotion's December 2021 tryouts, which she attended. The 20-year-old is believed to have performed particularly well there as well.

Last week's episode of IMPACT Wrestling saw Rok-C drop her ROH Women's Title to Deonna Purrazzo in a well-received match. A Fightful source inside the Performance Center pointed to this to support the case that signing her should be a "no-brainer", but also brought up WWE passing on a similar prospect in Wheeler YUTA, who now works for AEW.

A Booker T trainee, Rok-C broke out in 2021, capturing the ROH belt in September and holding it through to last week's defeat to Purrazzo. She fended off challenges from the likes of Killer Kelly, Trish Adora, Willow Nightingale along the way, growing her burgeoning pro wrestling reputation in the process. Now, she is considered amongst the brightest young prospects anywhere in the sport.

ROH began the process of releasing all contracted talent at the end of 2021, signalling a return to the Sinclair-helmed group's independent days.
