WWE Raw Stars To Compete For NXT Tag Titles At Worlds Collide
The red brand will be represented at NXT's latest premium live event Sunday.
NXT worlds might be colliding this weekend for WWE's developmental brands, but a couple of Raw wrestlers made their way to NXT 2.0 Tuesday to challenge some champs whose dance card was open.
Shortly after Kayden Carter & Katana Chance dispatched with Ivy Nile & Tatum Paxley, Nikki ASH & Doudrop showed up to lay down a challenge to the NXT Women's Tag Team Champions for Worlds Collide, which they accepted.

The KCs won the vacant tag titles earlier this month in a four-way tag team elimination bout. The titles were vacated in July when Cora Jade turned on partner Roxanne Perez a week after they had won the straps.
Although not part of the "NXT Worlds Collide" motif, both tag title challengers have roots in the developmental brands. Nikki wrestled in NXT as part of Sanity, while Doudrop competed in NXT UK as Piper Niven. As a tag team, Nikki & Doudrop have been... let's say less than successful.
OK, they've literally lost every tag match they've had, save for one on Main Event last week. And they've been teasing a breakup in recent weeks. But hey, they're main roster superstars, so they get a title shot in NXT while the fans freak out.
