WWE Royal Rumble 2016: Early Betting Predictions
Just as long as Roman Reigns doesn't win again we'll be happy!
Another summer has come and gone in the WWE. Seth Rollins continued to steal the show as WWE Champion, the Divas Revolution started with a whimper and then continued to suffer from a lack of any real storyline and actor Stephen Amell become more popular than half the superstars on the roster despite wrestling just one match. However, with SummerSlam already starting to seem like a distant memory we now enter into what has typically in the past been a slow couple of months for the WWE, with the next pay-per-view of any huge significance not coming until next Januarys Royal Rumble (unless you count Survivor Series, but really who still cares about that these days?). Already a number of bookmakers have started to give odds on who will win next years edition of the annual 30-man Royal Rumble match, with odds available for almost every Superstar from John Cena (more on his odds later) right through to the highest odds for outsider Zack Ryder (50/1). So if bookmakers are already looking forward to next years Royal Rumble match, why shouldnt we? This article outlines the 10 betting favourites for the match as well as the reasons for and against each wrestler winning Note that all odds stated in this article were correct at the time of writing based on odds provided by Paddy Power, but will almost definitely change between now and the Royal Rumble.
