John Cena and Charlotte Flair are odds-on favourites to win the 2025 men's and women's WWE Royal Rumble matches respectively.

Betting site BetOnline.ag has Cena at +100 to win the men's Rumble, which would equal 'Stone Cold' Steve Austin's record of three Royal Rumble wins. Flair, meanwhile, has shorter odds at -200. Charlotte has won one women's Royal Rumble since the match's 2018 inception, taking the 2020 tilt.

The current men's Royal Rumble favourites are:

And on the women's side:

Charlotte Flair: -200

Bianca Belair: +175

Iyo Sky: +325

Becky Lynch: +400

Alexa Bliss: +1000

Liv Morgan: +1600

2025 is John Cena's last year as a professional wrestler. In August 2024, he told Collider that he'd be with WWE from January to December, working around 36 dates before retiring. Cena last appeared on the 6 January episode of Raw, where he cut an impassioned promo announcing his intention to enter (and win) Royal Rumble 2025, though filming commitments have kept him off television since then.

Cena is a 16-time World Champion in WWE canon. Alongside Ric Flair this is the joint most men's World Title reigns recognised by the market-leader. Cena chasing a 17th World Title and making the record his own could form part of his retirement story, with a Rumble victory theoretically guaranteeing a shot at WrestleMania.

Charlotte Flair, meanwhile, has been out of action through injury since January 2023. The women's division figurehead has faced a long road back, though WWE recently started airing vignettes hyping her return. On last week's SmackDown, Flair, via voiceover, announced that she would return in the Royal Rumble.

Flair is a 15-time World Champion, counting her SmackDown, Raw, and NXT Women's Title runs. Current WWE Women's Champion Tiffany Stratton has been rumoured as her WrestleMania 41 opponent.
