It looks as if another independent standout has now signed with WWE.

As per Fightful Select, Christian Casanova is believed to have been brought in by Vince McMahon’s sports entertainment behemoth, and the current Limitless Wrestling Champion is expected to be a part of the next WWE Performance Center class when that’s formally announced.

Predominantly working out of the northeast, the Thriller from New England has competed for Beyond Wrestling, GCW, EVOLVE, Black Label Pro, Cactus League Wrestling, and even briefly for Ring of Honor.

Casanova is said to have been on the WWE radar for a little while now, and he could well be one of several new signees over the upcoming weeks and months as WWE refocuses on tying down new talent.

Previously, the company had put all recruitment on hold due to the ongoing global pandemic. That has now seemingly changed, with NXT's MSK an example of the promotion being willing to sign up new talent when the chance arises.

Additionally, Triple H recently talked up how Bronson Rechsteiner is "coming in the door", and Parker Boudreaux is another who is believed to have now signed a developmental deal.
