WWE Signs Taya Valkyrie & Harlem Bravado
Former Impact Wrestling and EVOLVE wrestlers join as WWE's signing spree continues!
WWE's signing spree continued with the additions of Taya Valkyrie and Harlem Bravado this weekend.
News of Valkyrie's signing was broken by PWInsider, with the longest-reigning Knockouts Champion coming in as part of the next Performance Center class, having finished with Impact back in January. WWE always looked her likeliest destination following her previous deal's expiration in December 2020 and she enters the promotion on the back of a highly-successful Impact run that saw her hold the Knockouts belt for 377 days between 2019 and 2020.
PWInsider also reported Bravado's signing. Best known for his work as part of a tag team with brother Lancelot Bravado, he is an EVOLVE veteran who last wrestled in March 2020, competing on that promotion's final show before it was shut down and bought out by WWE. Bravado worked almost exclusively for EVOLVE in 2019 and 2020, wrestling only a handful of indie dates in between.
Valkyrie and Bravado are the latest names to be confirmed for what looks like a huge Performance Center class, with Sareee, AQA, Eli Drake (now LA Knight), Anthony Henry, Christian Casanova, and Blake Christian all confirmed as signings over the past few weeks as well.
