Sunday's Fastlane pay-per-view was an eventful one to say the least; RETRIBUTION broke up on the pre-show, The Fiend returned, and Edge screwed Daniel Bryan out of the Universal Championship & the main event of WrestleMania. Tonight's SmackDown will deal with all the fallout for the blue brand...
The key question to be answered on Friday's show is what is happening regarding Daniel Bryan, Edge, Universal champion Roman Reigns, and Mania? There have been rumours online about the title match being made into a triple threat but as of right now WWE are carrying on without Bryan's involvement at 'The Show Of Shows', although you sense he might have something to say about that.
We're also on the home straight for the SmackDown Women's Championship match between Sasha Banks and Bianca Belair. It's been a convoluted route these two have taken but they can now hopefully concentrate on their one-on-one Mania contest without the distractions of tag titles and Reginald the sommelier.
Finally, there are issues to be resolved surrounding the Intercontinental and SmackDown Tag Team Titles, could Cesaro return this evening to challenge Seth Rollins, and have Sami Zayn's conspiracy theories gone too far?!
