WWE SmackDown Spoilers Results (Sept 1)

Clap your hands because The New Day was in the main event.

This week's Smackdown tapings took place in Miami. The New Day started the show with picket signs talking about The Dudley Boyz endangering furniture and it was seen as a comedy bit similar to what they did on Raw. The Dudleys showed up and then the Prime Time Players were there, so it led to a match. The Dudley Boyz defeated the Prime Time Players in tag team action. The New Day were on commentary for it. Stardust was set for a match with Neville. The match never really got started because The Ascension attacked Neville at ringside. Apparently this could be the start of an alliance with Stardust and The Ascension. Cesaro was interviewed backstage by Jojo and Sheamus interrupted it. Sheamus defeated Cesaro in singles action in what was considered a good match. The Miz hosted a Miz TV segment with Dolph Ziggler and Lana following the drama on Raw. Summer Rae ended up coming out by herself and got into a fight with Lana. The women had to be separated by Ziggler and The Miz. No sign of Rusev apparently. Bo Dallas defeated R-Truth. Dallas did a promo before his match. Perhaps WWE is trying to book him a bit stronger. Charlotte defeated Tamina Snuka. After the match, Team Bella was on the stage and stared at Team PCB. Then Nikki Bella raised the Divas Title up as Charlotte looked at her since it's Nikki vs. Charlotte at Night of Champions. Roman Reigns and Dean Ambrose wrestled The New Day's Big E and Kofi Kingston in a match that ended in a disqualification when Xavier Woods interfered. Apparently there was some kind of challenge post match with the Wyatt Family challenging Reigns and Ambrose to a tag match. That's likely where the taping ended. After the taping was over, Roman Reigns beat Bray Wyatt as a way to send the fans home happy. Thanks to WrestlingInc for the results.
