WWE announced via their official Twitter account that Tuesday evening's Smackdown would see Heath Slater and Rhyno cash in their rematch clause, getting a title shot at new Smackdown Tag Team Champions The Wyatt Family.

That bout joins the announced AJ Styles-James Ellsworth main event, though Styles's status is in question following a potential injury at TLC.

The feud between Randy Orton and Bray Wyatt took an unexpected turn weeks ago on Smackdown when Orton attacked Kane, joining forces with Wyatt and Luke Harper. Since then, he's been a loyal member of The Wyatt Family, tagging with Bray in the Smackdown vs. Raw 5-on-5 men's match at Survivor Series. Orton and Wyatt ended up as the last two men standing, giving team Smackdown the win after Orton saved Wyatt from a Roman Reigns Spear.

After Survivor Series, WWE held a tag team turmoil match to determine the number one contenders to the Smackdown Tag Team Titles. American Alpha seemed to have won, but The Wyatt Family announced their intention to challenge Jason Jordan and Chad Gable for their spot. Orton and Wyatt defeated the former NXT Tag Team Champions, then overwhelmed Rhyno and Slater at TLC to claim the titles.
