When looking at which of WWE’s main roster females have the
most break-out potential, one name who would have to be in the conversation is
Sarah Logan. And now, Logan has taken to her Instagram account to highlight the
impressive physical transformation she’s made over the past two months.
Having started a new fitness program from the Hybrid
Performance Method organisation back on May 28th, Logan showcased the transformation
she’s undergone in this relatively short period.
Since The Riott Squad split up as part of the Superstar
Shake-Up, Logan – not to mention Liv Morgan – has been a little lost in the shuffle.

In more recent weeks, the former Crazy Mary Dobson has begun
to embrace her Viking-driven real-life persona and has been battling Dana
Brooke on WWE Main Event. Logan, of course, is married to The Viking Raiders’
Erik, and the pair even had a traditional Viking-themed wedding ceremony.
At just 25 years of age, Sarah Logan has the possibility to
become a staple of WWE’s women’s roster for years to come. Like so many others,
it’s just about being given the opportunity.

Regardless of how they’ve been used over the past few months,
it appears that things are looking up for both Sarah and Riott Squad pal Morgan
– Liv set to undergo a character change. Unfortunately for Ruby Riott, however,
the leader of that trio is currently on the shelf after undergoing double
shoulder surgery.
