Two universal constants exist in the world of Last Minute Rumours.

A) [That Wrestler You Like] could return at any show and B) This is finally the week where the Money In The Bank Briefcase holder is going to cash in. Now 9 times out of 10 these obviously never come true but, still, they persist in the rumour-sphere because they're always options that are open to WWE and, thus, they're part of on-going discussions. We tend to hear they're thinking about doing these things because they are thinking about doing these things.

Currently sat on the biggest, silliest horse in this particular carousel is a one Mr. B Lesnar. The former Universal Champion made a shock return to WWE at Money In The Bank and has been teasing a cash-in virtually every single night since. Seth Rollins has no credible opponent at the moment (apologies Baron) and Lesnar looks the only viable destination for the title. Surely then, it's just a matter of time.

The only slither of evidence that suggests it'll be Stomping Grounds is the raft of rumours that WWE are hitting the panic button the PPV. The way the network operates means that it doesn't matter whether you watch it live on the night, or later on demand when the results pique your interest. Having a major title change would be the one thing they could rely upon to get people to check it out.
