WWE SummerSlam 2017 Card Fans Want (But Won’t Get)
1. Brock Lesnar Vs Braun Strowman
We were told for months that WWE were getting ready to pull the trigger on this one at SummerSlam, but those plans appear to have been shelved after Vince decided on a repeat of the WrestleMania 31 main event instead.
The upshot is that we probably won't now be seeing Brock Lesnar and Roman Reigns in New Orleans next April, but the downside is we also won't be seeing the much-anticipated Lesnar-Strowman clash until - well, at least Survivor Series.
Which is a shame, because it is going to be fascinating to see how the company will keep their champion looking like an unstoppable beast whilst, at the same time, keeping Strowman looking like... an unstoppable beast.
Braun had a ton of momentum before getting injured but - after being taken out of commission at last week's Great Balls of Fire - it appears his mega-push is back on ice, again.
