WWE Survivor Series 2016: Ranking Every Match From Worst To Best
4. Cruiserweight Title: The Brian Kendrick (c) Vs. Kalisto
Result: Baron Corbin interferes, giving Kendrick the disqualification victory (12:25).
Rating: There was absolutely no way Kalisto was ever winning this, but in an apparent attempt to avoid being ultra-predictable, the match ended with a far worse invasion from Corbin, robbing the match of a remotely decent final sequence.
Still, the 12 minutes leading up to that ending were legitimately pretty great, a little slower in pace than some of the cruiserweight fare but ridiculously athletic all the same (especially Kalisto's Standing Spanish Fly from the ring apron, and Kendrick's top-rope Headlock Takeover into the Captain's Hook).
The ending was really pretty diabolical, though, and stops it from getting any higher up the rankings. It also didn't help that the crowd were burned out from the previous match and kinda just existed for it. 7/10
