WWE looks set to break some significant news relating to NXT before tonight's pretaped show hits USA Network.

The promotion stirred their waters with this announcement from The Bump's Twitter account on Tuesday:-

There's currently no word on what, exactly, Regal is set to reveal, though perhaps it could relate to one of the many matches originally intended for NXT TakeOver: Tampa, which was scrapped amidst the current global health crisis. WWE plan on airing the bouts that were set to go down at that event on NXT television over the coming weeks.

The episode of The Bump in question airs at 10am EST today. Titus O'Neil and Bubba Ray Dudley are host Kayla Braxton's other guests.

Tonight's edition of NXT will see Johnny Gargano and Tommaso Ciampa clash in an empty building, with the outcome stipulating that one will be "fired" from the black-and-gold brand if they lay hands on each other ever again after the match is over. Fans will also be treated to a six-way ladder match to determine NXT Women's Champion Charlotte Flair's number one contender, with Mia Yim, Io Shirai, Dakota Kai, Tegan Knox, Candice LeRae, and Chelsea Green all involved.
