WWE: The Complete WrestleMania 29 Review

Tag Team Championship Match: Team Hell No vs Dolph Ziggler and Big E Langston w/ AJ Lee

Now this brought the show right back up to WrestleMania standards, as it involved four athletes that I absolutely adore. Daniel Bryan is one of the best technical wrestlers I have ever seen, as well as being an extremely entertaining personality, Kane has quietly been amazing for years and has the uncanny ability to rebound from every terrible storyline he's been given, Dolph Ziggler (Spoiler: THE NEW WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION!!!!!!!!) has not-so-quietly been amazing at everything he does for as long as he has done them, and Big E is such a convincing and impressive big man with an uncanny ability to work the mic and never fails to deliver. Did this match of excellent performers add up to the sum of its parts? Well, yes and no, For the 6 minutes they were allotted the two teams put on an outstanding show filled with drama, tension, thrilling moves, and believable near falls, including Ziggler being 1/10th of a second away from falling victim to Bryan's fate at WM 28 to Kane kicking out of the Zig Zag (Spoiler: A feat Alberto Del Rio failed to do ZIGGLER IS CHAMPION!!!!!!!!!!!!!). Every competitor played his part to perfection and the pacing of the match was second to none. It's just a shame it couldn't have gone just a bit longer. Hell No retains after Kane chokeslams Ziggler, followed up by a flying headbutt from the American Dragon for the three count. ***1/4
