As a result it was Jimmy 'Superfly' Snuka who first fell victim to a Wrestlemania Tombstone after attempting to nail the heel Dead Man with a flying attack from the top rope. This was classic Undertaker throughout with very slow movements and a zombie like tolerance to pain and Paul Bearer leading him to the ring. Even the fearless Snuka acted terrified of the Demon of Death Valley. Surprisingly a victory over Snuka was enough to propel 'Taker on to the number one contender spot at Survivor Series where he defeated then champion Hulk Hogan with an assist from Ric Flair.
