9. Jack Swagger Reunites With Zeb Colter
Alberto Del Rio's big return to WWE has been tempered by his on screen association with Zeb Colter. The union has had ample television time to get the points across to fans, but it has thus far failed to garner any excitement. At Hell In A Cell, Del Rio defeated John Cena to win the United States Title. Almost immediately, crowing about 'Mex-America' dulled the impact of his comeback. Jack Swagger has been booked as Del Rio's first big challenger for the US Title. Previously, Swagger had been one of Colter's main clients alongside Cesaro. Putting their hands to their chests and shouting, 'We The People' became their trademark, but the manager has changed his tune since aligning with the Mexican. At TLC, Del Rio defends the title against Swagger. There's a very good chance he will retain the strap, but that doesn't stop Colter from leaving his side. The pairing is a strange fit, so WWE may elect to put Colter back with Jack Swagger. That partnership makes more sense, rather than continuing down a path which isn't getting over.
