Natalya is reportedly "okay" after being "shaken up" in this year's WWE women's Royal Rumble, reports Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer.

There's no word on what, exactly, happened to the WWE veteran that may have caused this, though she was in the women's bout for a total of 36 minutes and 17 seconds. Entering at number 12, Nattie eliminated Summer Rae and Tamina before being thrown out by Bianca Belair, who finished as the bout's iron woman.

The returning Ronda Rousey scored the victory in the end. Appearing for the first time since April 2019, when she departure shortly after WrestleMania 35, the former Raw Women's Champion threw Shotzi, Nikki A.S.H., Brie Bella, and finally Charlotte Flair over the top rope on the path to victory.

Given that she recently lost to Aliyah in what is being referred to as the shortest televised match in WWE history, Natalya had been pinpointed as a potential Santino Marella/Warlord this year, which didn't end up being the case.

Instead, the returning Ivory had the women's Rumble's shortest run, lasting just 20 seconds before Rhea Ripley threw her out.
