WWE: Vince McMahon To Fire John Laurinaitis on Raw Next Week?

Vince McMahon will open next week's three hour edition of Monday's Raw SuperShow with a job evaluation of John Laurinaitis' job as General Manager of Raw and SmackDown.

Vince McMahon will open next week's three hour edition of Monday's Raw SuperShow with a job evaluation of John Laurinaitis' job as General Manager of Raw and SmackDown. This could well end in a segment where Vince delivers his infamous catchphrase; "You're Fired". WWE is desperately trying to turn around the drop in ratings in recent weeks and are frantically coming up with ideas to turn things around. It is hoped that Vince McMahon's advertised first television appearance since last year will draw ratings and boost the first hour viewership for Raw. Next Monday's three hour edition of Raw was originally pencilled in as a possible date for the annual WWE Draft but with the brand extension effectively ended on television and so many superstars working on both Raw and SmackDown, that idea has been dropped. WWE.com hinted earlier this week that Laurinaitis' time as GM could be up;
"The last time Laurinaitis faced a performance evaluation in January, it looked like Triple H was going to "future endeavor" the GM before Undertaker interrupted the WWE COO's assessment. Then, "Mr. Excitement" survived another close call in February when he convinced the Board of Directors to spare his position as Raw GM. Will things be any different this time around for Laurinaitis? Could Mr. McMahon be angling to preside over Raw once again?"
