Daniel Bryan Is The New WWE Champion, Lesnar Must Await
!--> After all the ups and downs and seemingly poor booking decisions, in the end everything worked out for the best. Daniel Bryan is finally WWE World Heavyweight Champion. In the main event of Wrestlemania 30 after a fantastic match Daniel Bryan made Batista tap out in the centre of the ring. It may be jumping the gun but as confetti fell down from the rafters the crowd on their feet, the celebration felt eerily reminiscent of Stone Cold Steve Austins title win at Wrestlemania 14. Lets hope Bryans title win has similar impact. Where Bryan goes from here is still up in the air, but to capitalise on the shocking events that took place last night his next opponent has to be one man Brock Lesnar. A feud with Lesnar is the best option, after the events of Wrestlemania, Lesnars stock and credibility is as high as any WWE superstars has ever been. If Bryan were to beat him clean and take down the Beast it could do just as much for his career as last nights WWE World Heavyweight Championship victory. Booking wise this is the way to go. There is the small matter of the inevitable rematch with HHH at Extreme Rules to get through first. As good as their match was last night it is more than welcome. It is a match Bryan would win clean and would see him continue as the biggest face in the company. HHH could then continue to wind down his career as his backstage responsibilities increase. A perfect night for Bryan, though whoever came up with the buzzword Yeslemania, needs firing for crimes towards both humanity and the English language.
