WWE WrestleMania 31: 8 Shocking Turns That Could Happen On The Night

Will Roman Reigns become a Paul Heyman guy?

This year's WrestleMania needs something big to happen. The current WWE product is pretty stale right now with Raw becoming a show with too many promos as well as recaps and Smackdown just doesn't seem to matter. Their PPV broadcasts are usually okay although they lack that special feel to them. What WWE has to consider are some heel and face turns in order to get the "WWE Universe" excited about the product again. Most wrestling fans can agree that if something happens at a WrestleMania then you remember it more fondly than any other wrestling show in the year. It's the biggest show with the largest crowd and we've spent the last 30 years watching memorable things take place. WWE likes to call them "WrestleMania moments." There have been a number of memorable turns in WrestleMania history like when Steve Austin joined Vince McMahon in 2001 or Randy Savage became a huge babyface after losing in 1991. Sometimes these turns happen in main events while other times they are just midcard matches. Who might turn this year? There are some obvious candidates while others would be a total surprise. If you think John Cena is a candidate, you're probably overthinking. He's probably never turning heel for the rest of his career and a match against an evil "Russian" isn't the right time to do it anyway. Here's a look at eight potential turns for faces that might go heel or heels that might go face.
