WWE Wrestler Getting His Name Changed AGAIN?

One of WWE Raw's young stars could be set for yet another name change.

Theory could be about to get his forename back.

Fresh listings for this weekend’s WWE house shows in places like Springfield, MA and Manchester, NH have "Austin Theory" down for appearances. That, most fans will know, is abnormal - Vince McMahon stripped away the "Austin" part back in April.

Has Triple H quietly decided to return it? This could just be a one-off error, to be honest. Theory definitely hasn't suffered since shedding "Austin", but there is a chance that Trips doesn't share his father-in-law's hatred for forenames.

Keep an eye on WWE's TV output over the next few weeks. That'll reveal whether or not Hunter fancies making Austin Theory a permanent thing again, or if this was indeed a mistake. 'Mr. Money In The Bank' Theory is headed for a major push regardless.

His roll has slowed somewhat since Vince retired, but Wrestling Observer chief Dave Melter has previously noted how high most company officials are on Theory. He's unlikely to be shunted down the cards and cast out now McMahon is gone, put it that way.
