WWE Wrestlers Banned From Re-Entering The United States?

Imperium stablemates may be stuck in Europe.

WWE wrestlers WALTER and Alexander Wolfe may be prevented from re-entering the United States from Europe as a result of the current travel ban, as pointed out by Dave Meltzer in this week's Wrestling Observer Newsletter.

The terms of said ban prevent non-US citizens who have travelled to the European Union's Schengen area within the past 14 days from heading to the country, no matter where they fly from. This would prevent WALTER and Wolfe from making the transatlantic flight as both were in Germany for wXw's 16 Carat Gold shows last weekend - and Germany is covered by the Schengen area.

This wouldn't necessarily be the biggest deal for Wolfe, who primarily competes on NXT UK and doesn't have any big US bookings on the horizon. WALTER, however, was expected to wrestle Finn Balor at the NXT TakeOver event scheduled for WrestleMania 35 weekend, though there's a chance that the coronavirus outbreak could result in the show being cancelled or postponed.

wXw has been hit hard by the crisis themselves, with the travel ban forcing them to cancel a show they had scheduled for Tampa over 'Mania weekend.
