As reported earlier, Arn Anderson's WWE firing may have related to an incident in which the former road agent let an intoxicated Alicia Fox wrestle at a February house show, leading to him incurring a furious Vince McMahon's wrath.

There was no word on Fox's WWE status when yesterday's story broke, but Fightful's Sean Ross Sapp has since provided some fresh information on the situation.

Per the writeup, the 32-year-old was offered the chance to go to rehab after showing up to the live event under the influence. She then "went absent," dropping off the grid to such an extent that high-ranking company officials had no idea if she went to rehab or not, which places a huge question mark over her WWE future.

Sapp notes that Fox has been on "thin ice" several times throughout her WWE career. Her most notable incident came following a backstage spat with Ronda Rousey's husband, Travis Browne, at WrestleMania 34, one year after arriving two hours late for a 2017 house show.

Fox hasn't wrestled for WWE since a 10 February house show. We'll bring you more on her status with the company as the situation develops.
