Unlike most post-WrestleMania seasons in the past, this one feels like the winds of change are sweeping through. We could all use a pick-me-up following what was a pretty lackluster main event at WrestleMania 32 between Triple H and Roman Reigns for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship, and the company rolled out two impressive RAWs following the big event of the year that seemingly ushered in several new characters and potential story directions for the months to follow.

Where are our favorite wrestlers going in 2016? The short-term looks to be solidified, but it€™s nice to think of the logical conclusions that some of these guys and gals will take for the remainder of the year. Who will be major players by the year€™s end? Who will bring prestige to those undercard titles after talk of building them back up to where they were fifteen years ago? Which characters will we see on the main roster, and which ones will continue to build themselves up in NXT?

Using a mathematical equation of logic, Vince McMahon€™s instincts and tendencies, and a little bit of fantasy booking and fan service, we peer into the crystal ball here at WhatCulture to determine where our favorites and not-so-favorites in the WWE will end up by the time we ring in the New Year.

Here€™s a list of eight storylines we can see happening in 2016, for better or worse...
