Big E has revealed on Twitter that he and fellow New Day members Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods plan to auction off their Brodie Lee-inspired ring gear from Sunday's Royal Rumble pay-per-view.

The gleesome threesome wore attire dedicated to the memory of their fallen friend, but they're going one step further by making a classy gesture that'll honour his memory - E announced that the gear will be auctioned off to the highest bidder. 100% of the proceeds will go towards the Foodlink charity in Brodie's native Rochester, New York.

That, according to E, is something that would've meant a lot to Jon.

WWE handed New Day a backstage segment with Sami Zayn at the Rumble. That let them show of their Brodie attire and give fans a good long look at it. Hopefully, that will mean bids to come flooding in; it's doubtful that E and the lads will have any trouble earning some serious coin for Foodlink anyway, but every little helps.

This is a seriously lovely gesture from New Day. For more information on the cause, please visit Foodlink's official website.
