Wyatt Sicks/Alexa Bliss WWE Confusion Explained (WWE News)

Has Alexa Bliss' planned return had anything to do with Wyatt Sicks absence?

The Wyatt Sicks' total absence from WWE of late is reportedly down to injury, and not to do with the delayed return of Alexa Bliss.

The faction has officially been moved to WWE SmackDown, yet they remain noticeably absent from television. Despite speculation surrounding Alexa Bliss and differing rumours of her return, new reports suggest a different reason for the group's delay that aren't related to the former multi-time Champion.

Per Fightful Select, WWE sources have indicated that an injury-related issue is preventing the Wyatt Sicks from making their highly anticipated debut on the blue brand. They said;

"Those we spoke to in the company claim that there’s an injury-related reason preventing the Wyatts being on television. To elaborate, it was also said that Alexa not being back yet hasn’t necessarily affected long term plans for the faction."

While Bliss' potential involvement remains a hot topic among fans of the stable and her prior lore alongside it, this suggests that WWE has a roadmap for the group regardless of her return status. As the company leans harder into WrestleMania season following the Royal Rumble, speculation will undoubtedly grow regarding when and how the Wyatt Sicks will finally make their presence felt. There may be less of that mystery round Bliss if she - as many have predicted - ends up being one of the surprise Rumble comebacks on the night.
