Did you expect anything else to be at number one? As mentioned before, the 2002 WWE draft was disastrous for both Dudley Boyz, but D-Von definitely got the worst of the hands dealt by WWE's creative team. While Bubba was allowed to keep the Dudley mantra going strong, D-von was turned into a villainous reverend heel along with his henchman of sorts, one Deacon Batista. The gimmick wasn't well received by almost any of the WWE Universe, even though D-Von did manage to pick up one memorable victory against Triple H on SmackDown. A matter of weeks, it seemed, after debuting the holy one, Batista turned on his superior which launched him into the WWE stratosphere while D-Von was immediately put back with Bubba in the Dudley Boyz.
